Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Quinton Hach (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jackson Savage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Savage has chosen Vote With a Bullet by Corrosion of Conformity as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Jackson Savage has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Quinton Hach!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jackson Savage!
The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Daniel Blasius and Nard Betker.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hach pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Savage is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Hach.
Some wild striking there from Savage.
Savage ducks under a wild hook from Hach.
Hach works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Hach throws a hook but Savage blocks it.
A lazy left from Hach finds it's target.
A head kick misses from Savage.
Hach checks a leg kick.

Hach shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Savage manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Hach has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Hammerfist, elbow! yells Hach's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Hach wants to control from the top but Savage keeps moving.
Savage manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Hach sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.
Savage perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.

Hach is looking to improve his position.
Savage is trying to control the action in half guard but Hach is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Savage looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Hach is looking for a sweep. Savage is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Savage prevents Hach from improving his position.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Hach loads up on a big right hand but Savage slips the punch.
Hach thows a body shot but no joy.

Savage takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Savage blocks a leg kick.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Hach.
Hach lands a glancing blow to the side of Savage's head.
Hach wants to land a leg kick but Savage is out of range.
Savage takes one on the button.
Savage tries to clinch up but Hach circles away and keeps his distance.
Savage tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Savage throws a leg kick
and Hach counters with a nice low kick that buckles Savage's knee momentarily.
Savage takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Savage throws a nice outside leg kick.
Savage just misses with a punch to the body.
Hach tests Savage's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Quinton Hach seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Savage throws a lazy head kick
and Hach counters with a nice uppercut.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Hach blocks a jab.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Hach turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Hach wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Hach drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Hach wants to control from the top but Savage keeps moving.
Hach stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Savage swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Savage controls Hach momentarily but Hach frees himself.

Savage working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Hach doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Savage is tightening it up a little... Hach has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Hach reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Hach taps out! nice BJJ there by Savage!
