Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Leo Khvan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyson Tua (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tyson Tua is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Leo Khvan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Tyson Tua! The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Hugh Johnson and Winston Howard.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Khvan tries to clinch up. Tua ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Tua shoots in for a takedown but Khvan shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Tua tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Khvan swivels and escapes. Khvan throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Tua. Tua blocks a low kick nicely. Tyson Tua seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Khvan leaves Tua with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Leo Khvan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tyson Tua. Khvan stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Khvan wants it to stay on the feet. Tua avoids a punch combination nicely.
Tua fails with the takedown. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A clash of legs there as Tua blocks the low kick. Khvan moves into range and clinches up with Tua.
That's one minute gone in the round. Khvan lands a left hand that snaps the head of Tua backwards. Khvan is trying to break free. Tua drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Khvan is looking to break free of the clinch but Tua has double underhooks. Khvan breaks from the clinch.
Tua connects with a jab. Tua wants to clinch but Khvan slips to the side and Khvan counters with a nice uppercut. Khvan scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
It looks like Tyson Tua has been cut. Khvan is breathing heavily. Tua misses with a takedown attempt and Khvan counters by moving into the clinch. Tua is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage. Tua gets control of Khvan's arms and successfully pulls guard. Tua will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tua is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Khvan looking to sit in guard and control but Tua gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Khvan keeping moving, preventing Tua from controlling successfully. Tua stands up from guard. Let's bang! Khvan will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Khvan throws a series of punches but Tua avoids them all with ease.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Khvan takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Khvan looks for the body kick but Tua saw that one coming. Tua displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination. Khvan keeps the fight on the outside. Tua throws a series of strikes that have Khvan backpedaling.
Good leg kick by Tua there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Tua tries to clinch but fails miserably and Khvan counters by moving into the clinch. Tua breaks the clinch.
Tua feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Tua looking to pass the guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Tua is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Khvan keeping moving, preventing Tua from controlling successfully. Khvan avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Khvan scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Tua fails miserably with a takedown attempt. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Tua shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Khvan as he avoids it easily. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Tyson Tua will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Tyson Tua's cut. That's time! Khvan's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Tua looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Khvan is looking to slow Tua down with leg kicks. Tua will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Tua tries to clinch there but Khvan circles away.
Tua shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Khvan as he jumps to the side. Khvan falls off balance throwing a combination
and Tua counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Tua takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Khvan lands a nice hook to Tua's body. Tua takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. No joy there for Khvan, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tua shoots in but Khvan avoids the takedown attempt easily. Leo Khvan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tyson Tua. Tua bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Khvan is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Tua asserts his dominance and retains side control. Tua working the ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Khvan is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Tua is controlling him well. Tua wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Khvan, who protects the arm well. Khvan wants to get back to his feet but Tua is dominant here and he's now got Khvan's back! Khvan has the hand control, trying to stop the rear naked choke.
That's three minutes gone in the round. So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.
Khvan is trying to stand back up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Tua is cranking Khvan's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Khvan! He's tightened the choke and Khvan is tapping out!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:19 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Tyson Tua!
