The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jean tries to clinch but A moves out of range.
A throws a looping overhand right but Jean ducks down to avoid it.
A throws a front kick aimed at Jean's knee but Jean avoids it well.
Remose A seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Jean.
A keeps the fight on the outside.
Jean keeps the fight on the outside.
A fails in his attempt to clinch.
A clinches but Jean breaks the clinch
and Jean counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Jean.
A manages to escape and get back to his feet.
A misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Jean counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Jean.

A jab from Jean finds it's way through A's defenses.
No joy there for A, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Jean fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Jean takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

and Jean cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
A falls off balance throwing a combination
and Jean counters with a takedown into side control.
Jean grinds an elbow into A's temple.
A takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
Jean swings around for an armbar but A sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Jean's guard.
A won't allow Jean to sweep him here.
Jean is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! A rolls with it to try and escape but Jean cranks on the arm and A is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
