Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brock Carwin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Damian Uzi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Carwin comes to the cage accompanied by Break Stuff. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Tarja Halkonen and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Uzi shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Uzi showed some decent athleticism there.
Uzi wants to work for an arm triangle but Carwin is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Uzi is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Carwin doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Uzi.
Carwin tries to kick Uzi off but Uzi keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Carwin is defending against the submission attempts here by Uzi.
Carwin wants to get back to full guard.

Uzi is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Carwin is just riding it out for now. Uzi eventually gives up the hold.

Carwin tries to get to full guard but Uzi has control of the leg.
Carwin has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Uzi is working away from the top position though.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Carwin manages to escape and get back to his feet!
Carwin fails with the takedown
and Uzi decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Carwin's guard.
Carwin working for a triangle but Uzi defends it easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Uzi wants to pass the guard but Carwin is keeping the position.

Carwin escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Uzi gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Uzi drops back looking for a leg! Carwin is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Carwin manages to kick Uzi off! Uzi jumps back into Carwin's guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Carwin is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Uzi defends well.
Uzi wants to control from the top but Carwin keeps moving.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Uzi misses with a takedown
and Carwin counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Carwin is keen to just control but Uzi is a slippery customer.
Carwin knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Uzi on the ground.
Uzi wants to control but Carwin is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Uzi regains full guard. Nicely done.
Carwin sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Uzi's guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Damian Uzi will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Carwin looks to land a body kick but Uzi moved away.
Carwin throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Carwin shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Uzi counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Carwin is looking for a triangle but Uzi pushes his legs off easily.
Uzi showing good wrestling skills to control the position.
Uzi won't allow Carwin to sweep him here.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Uzi thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Uzi is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Carwin is looking to stand up but Uzi isn't so interested in that idea.
Carwin trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage.
Uzi pushing down on Carwin's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Carwin is trying to maintain the position but Uzi is very close to passing his half guard.

Uzi is working for a kimura but Carwin is defending it quite comfortably.
Uzi moves into side control, avoiding the strikes from Carwin.

Carwin is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Uzi is controlling him well.
Uzi tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Uzi has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Carwin is trying to get back to his feet.
Uzi goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Carwin rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Uzi's guard! Nice work there by Carwin!
Uzi working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Carwin doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Carwin manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Uzi has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Carwin can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Uzi has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Carwin doesn't defend quickly enough and Uzi has managed to lock this one up! Can Carwin escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Uzi on a fantastic submission victory.
