Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Hideaki Katsu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Flauterio Toglas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Toglas comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Bodies kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Flauterio Toglas told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Kenichi Hosakawa and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Toglas throws a right and a left that both miss.
Katsu shoots in looking for a takedown. Toglas tries to sprawl out of it but Katsu keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Toglas manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Toglas bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Katsu's head backwards.
Toglas swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Toglas tries to bum rush Katsu with a series of wild strikes but Katsu uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Flauterio Toglas seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Toglas stalks Katsu and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Katsu's face. Katsu staggers backwards, shaken.

Katsu goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Toglas has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Katsu but great work by Toglas.
