Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shane Carwin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zacny Pendrive (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zacny Pendrive will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Carwin swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Carwin wants to stand but Pendrive is controlling the position.

Carwin knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Pendrive on the ground.

Pendrive drops back looking for a leg! Carwin is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Carwin manages to kick Pendrive off! Pendrive jumps back into Carwin's guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Carwin on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Carwin tries to get out of the position.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Carwin loads up on a big right hand but Pendrive slips the punch.

Carwin throws a combination. Pendrive tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Carwin looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Carwin tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Pendrive moves out of range of the body kick.

Pendrive feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Carwin lands with a kick to the temple. Pendrive shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

Carwin gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Pendrive to score an easy takedown into full guard.
