Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gerrard Brennan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ricardo Nogueira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Ricardo Nogueira was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Ricardo Nogueira!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, Paul Tew and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nogueira scores with a takedown into Brennan's guard.
Nogueira drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Nogueira jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Nogueira wants to pass the guard but Brennan is keeping the position.
Brennan working for a triangle but Nogueira defends it easily.
Nogueira postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Nogueira slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Nogueira advances nicely into full mount.
Brennan tries to lock up and control but Nogueira gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Nogueira has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Brennan's face.
Nogueira trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Brennan is working to get back to half guard.
Nogueira wants to control the pace but Brennan is squirming around nicely.
Nogueira has hold of Brennan's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Brennan manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Nogueira lands a big elbow.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Brennan is desperately trying to improve his position but Nogueira has a good base and remains in mount.
Nogueira jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Brennan manages to avoid the submission attempt.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Nogueira sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Brennan is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Nogueira in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Brennan is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
