Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lance Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Keller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Lance Jones! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Chris Keller! The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Daniel Bishop and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jones thows a body shot but no joy. Keller shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Jones's guard. Keller sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Jones's guard. Jones looks like he's trying to stand up.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Keller misses with a takedown attempt - Jones sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Lance Jones has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Chris Keller. Jones doesn't succeed with the takedown and Keller counters with a nice double leg into guard. Jones is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Keller closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Keller lands in his opponent's guard. Keller throwing strikes but missing. Chris Keller is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Keller stands and throws Jones's legs to the side, diving into side control. Jones tries to escape but Keller is in control. Keller in side control, just content to control the action for now.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Keller cracks Jones with a big elbow. Jones is being controlled here. Jones manages to work his way to half guard, despite Keller's best efforts. Keller takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Lance Jones has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Keller has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Jones misses with some strikes from the bottom.
