Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jurij Fatov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Angelo Mantelavo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fatov comes to the cage accompanied by Dawaj na ring. Mantelavo is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Long Hard Road Out Of Hell by Marilyn Manson. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Dmitry Maklakov and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mantelavo tries to close the distance and clinch up but Fatov swats him away and circles back towards the center.
A looping hook to the body misses from Fatov. Mantelavo does a little dance to reset his feet.
Mantelavo feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Fatov on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Fatov tries to get out of the position.

Mantelavo's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Mantelavo wants to control but Fatov is keeping him busy.

Fatov moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Mantelavo shoots in for a takedown but Fatov shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Fatov tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Mantelavo moves into the clinch.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Mantelavo takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Mantelavo gets underhooks to prevent Fatov's takedown attempt.
Mantelavo jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Fatov walks away with a smile on his face. Mantelavo gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Well Mantelavo has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
