The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, James Atkins and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
sylva fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
sylva shoots in for a takedown but Track shows good takedown defense.
sylva shoots for a takedown but Track saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Track shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as sylva sprawls well. sylva wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Track gets slowly back to his feet.

Track remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
sylva manages to work his way to half guard, despite Track's best efforts.
Still in half guard, Track seems content to control.
Track passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for sylva!
sylva is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
sylva is wriggling around trying to escape.
Track controlling the position easily from mount.
Track connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Track content just to control the position here.
Track fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

Track takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Track looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
sylva is desperately trying to improve his position but Track has a good base and remains in mount.
sylva is working hard here to advance position.
brandon sylva has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
