Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Felipe Paraventi and Thiago Cunha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Nunes avoids it really well and circles away.
Nunes moves into the clinch.
Nunes breaks the clinch.
Jones tries for a takedown but Nunes sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Nunes moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Nunes doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Jones counters with a takedown into side control.
Nunes wants to get back to his feet but Jones is dominant here and he's now got Nunes's back!
Nunes is having to fend off submission attempts from Jones, who is looking to sink in the choke. Jones doesn't have the hooks in though and Nunes manages to reverse position! He's now on top, in his opponent's guard.
Nunes trying to stand up but can't free himself from Jones's guard.
Nunes gets to his feet - Jones follows without any prompting.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Nunes tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Jones counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Jones.
Nunes has his feet on Jones's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.
Nunes connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Nunes with a poor takedown
and Jones counters with a shoot takedown. Nunes fights it but they end up in guard.
Jones might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Jones connects with a couple of short punches.
Jones drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Jones seems to have locked his on tight now - Nunes screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Jones, as he picks up the win!
