Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lera Xolera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Looney Lenny (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lenny closes the distance and clinches.
Xolera has Lenny pushed against the cage.
Xolera tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Both fighters working to control the clinch.
Xolera using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Lenny has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Lenny tries to land a knee to the head but Xolera blocks with his arms.
With the fighters up against the cage, Xolera throws an elbow but misses.

Lenny pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Xolera tries to keep at a distance but Lenny has taken the fight into the clinch.
Lenny fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Xolera tries to land a knee to the head but Lenny blocks with his arms.
A nice right hand lands inside from Lenny.

Lenny wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Still in the clinch, Lenny scores with a nice short uppercut.
Lenny lands a damaging elbow.
Lenny lands a knee to the head.
Lenny tries for a takedown but Xolera manages to get underhooks.
Lera Xolera has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Looney Lenny.
Lenny digs a right hand underneath Xolera's ribcage. Xolera let out a lung full of air as it connected.

Lenny has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Xolera regains guard immediately.
Xolera wants to stand up but Lenny is controlling him.

Lenny gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.

Lenny clinches.

Lenny lands a takedown into guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Lenny trying to control the position from guard on top but Xolera is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Lenny decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Xolera, up you get!

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Lenny clinches with his opponent.

Lenny manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Lenny is on top in guard.
Lenny won't allow Xolera to get back to his feet.
Lenny in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.

Lenny gets to his feet. Xolera looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Lenny wants to clinch.

Lenny has managed to clinch.
Lenny drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Lenny avoiding damage as Xolera throws knees to the body.
Xolera stops a takedown attempt from Lenny.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Lenny drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Xolera gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Lenny's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
A combination from Lenny does no damage.
Lenny scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Lenny scores with a one two! Xolera had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Lenny moves in looking to clinch but Xolera pushes him off.
Lenny shoots in but no luck this time.
Lenny tries to clinch there but Xolera circles away.
Lenny tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Lenny throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Lenny shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Xolera sprawls well. Xolera wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Lenny gets slowly back to his feet.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Lenny with a hook.
Lenny scores with a jab to the head.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Looney Lenny dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Lenny moves in looking to clinch but Xolera pushes him off.
Xolera is looking to clinch.
A left and a right from Lenny both land. Nice combination.
Lenny scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Xolera tries to clinch
and Lenny counters with a body kick.
Lenny sizes up Xolera with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Lenny throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Lenny scores with a kick to the body.
Lenny bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Xolera's head backwards.
Lenny digs a good body shot into Xolera's ribs.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Lenny is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Lenny scores with a three punch combo!

Xolera is rocked!

Lenny pushes Xolera up against the cage in a clinch.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Lenny is trying to break free.
Lenny tries to pull guard but Xolera holds him up against the cage and eventually Lenny drops back down to his feet.
Lenny lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Oh Xolera is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Lenny breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Xolera seems to have got his legs back now.
Lenny lands a big head kick that sends Xolera to the canvas! Lenny follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
