Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Big Baby (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Derek Shride (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shride has chosen Can't Tell Me Nothin' from Kanye West as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Big Baby! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Derek Shride! The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Steven Brown and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Shride tries to close the distance and clinch up but Baby swats him away and circles back towards the center. Derek Shride seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Shride is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Shride closes the distance and clinches. Shride is trying to break free. Shride misses with a punch on the inside.
Baby manages to pull guard.
Baby has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Shride can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Baby really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Shride throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Baby works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Shride avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Big Baby's cut is getting worse. Baby is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched. Baby wants the takedown. Shride is fighting it off but Baby persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Shride's guard against the cage. Shride wants to sweep here but Baby controlling him for the moment. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Baby working some strikes from top position. Baby wants to control from the top but Shride keeps moving. Baby drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Baby jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Baby prevents Shride from getting back to his feet. Baby trying to control but Shride is working from the bottom. Baby will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Shride tries to land a sweep but no joy. Shride pushes Baby off and scrambles back to his feet.
Big Baby is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's two minutes gone in the round. No joy there for Baby, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Shride tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Baby paws at him with a jab and circles away. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Shride is defended easily by Baby. Shride tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Shride fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Baby, pushing him back against the cage. Shride doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Shride gets underhooks to prevent Baby's takedown attempt.
Baby drags the fight down to the ground.
Baby is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Shride avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Baby is breathing heavily. Shride throwing strikes from guard but Baby blocks nicely.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Baby working for a triangle but Shride defends it easily.

Baby had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Shride defends it easily. Shride trying to control but Baby is working from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Shride stands up from guard. Let's bang! Shride tries to close the distance and clinch up but Baby swats him away and circles back towards the center. Shride is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Shride shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Baby pinned against the cage. Baby gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. No luck with that takedown attempt from Shride. Big Baby has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Derek Shride. A punch combination from Shride misses. Shride tries to keep at a distance but Baby has taken the fight into the clinch. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Big Baby dominated that round. The cut man is working on Big Baby's cut. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Shride tries to clinch and Baby holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Baby tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Shride pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Shride clinches but Baby breaks the clinch and Baby counters with a head kick. That will keep Shride thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks! Baby fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Baby moves into the clinch. Baby has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ. Baby prevents Shride from breaking the clinch. Baby lands a body shot. Baby pulls Shride into guard.
Shride connects with a couple of short punches. Shride missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Baby avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Shride is breathing heavily. Baby had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Shride defends it easily. Baby looking to control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Shride wants to stand but Baby is controlling his posture from full guard. Baby has his foot on Shride's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Shride works his way back into a safe position though. Shride stands up and waves to Baby to follow him. Baby throws a head kick that Shride semi-blocks.
Big Baby is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Baby circles away from the clinch attempt and Baby counters with a body kick. Baby rushes Shride and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Baby tries to pull guard but Shride holds him up against the cage and eventually Baby drops back down to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Shride wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Shride misses with a short punch on the inside. Shride tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Baby smiles and moves away.
Baby fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Shride, pushing him back against the cage. Baby scores with a nice hook to the head. Shride swings wildly with an uppercut but Baby uses good head movement to avoid it. Baby wants a takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Big Baby. That's going to take a lot out of him. Shride tries to circle away but Baby has him pinned against the cage. Shride throws a punch but it's blocked by Baby. Baby tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Shride smiles and moves away.
Baby throws a one two combo.
Baby slips a jab and a cross from Shride.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Shride tries to clinch but fails miserably and Baby counters by moving into the clinch. Shride trying to control the position but instead, Baby has worked for underhooks and has pushed Shride into the cage. Baby drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Baby gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. Baby escapes and gets back to his feet. Baby has Shride up against the cage in a clinch.
Shride has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Baby lands a left hand that snaps the head of Shride backwards. Baby is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Shride pulls him back up using the underhooks. Shride breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Baby steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Shride. Shride misses with a straight left. Baby throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Shride tries to clinch up and Baby counters with a series of strikes. Shride will be more careful next time no doubt. Baby throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Shride swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Baby moves into range and clinches up with Shride. Baby wants a takedown but no success here.
Baby has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Shride is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Shride takes a knee right on the jaw!
Baby pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Shride swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Baby holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Shride lands a right hand that snaps the head of Baby backwards. Baby ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Baby no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Baby is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Shride defends well. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Baby looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Big Baby dominated that second round. The cut man is working on Big Baby's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!
Shride keeps the fight on the outside. Baby tries to clinch there but Shride circles away.
Shride tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Shride misses with a series of wild punches.
Shride darts in trying to clinch and Baby counters with a low kick, right behind Shride 's knee. Baby closes the distance and clinches. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A left hand lands to the body for Baby.
Shride is looking to break free of the clinch but Baby has double underhooks. Shride is trying to break the clinch but Baby is controlling him. Shride takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Baby lands a body punch in the clinch. Baby tightens his grip and picks Shride up, before dumping him to the ground. Shride manages to land in guard. Baby wants to control from the top but Shride keeps moving.
That's one minute gone in the round. Baby drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Baby jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Baby accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Baby throwing strikes but missing. Shride is working an open guard so Baby takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Baby throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Shride tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Baby counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Shride gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Baby.

Baby keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Shride's efforts to push away. Shride tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Baby jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Shride walks away with a smile on his face. Baby gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Big Baby. That's going to take a lot out of him. Shride misses with a body shot

Shride is trying to force a seperation but Baby has the dominant position. Baby lands a takedown into guard.
Shride is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched. Baby fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Baby tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Shride just stands there and leans against the cage. Baby tries to work over Shride's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Shride lands a left hand.
Shride's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Baby checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. Baby clinches up against the cage. Baby tries to pull guard but Shride won't allow it.
Baby is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Shride pulls him back up using the underhooks.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Shride scores with an uppercut up the middle. Baby prevents Shride from breaking the clinch. Baby has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Shride avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Shride lands with a left to the head. Shride lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Baby backwards. Baby looking to stall.
Derek Shride has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Baby's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Shride throws a punch but it's blocked by Baby. Baby lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Baby wants to lay and pray for a moment but Shride keeps working. Baby is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Baby is working for a kimura but Shride is defending it quite comfortably.
And that's the end of the fight! Big Baby showed his dominance in that final round. Well Baby has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
