Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Paul Bruens (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daniele Fuschini (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bruens comes to the cage accompanied by River Below. Fuschini is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by We No Speak Americano. Daniele Fuschini will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Paul Bruens! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Daniele Fuschini! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Stewart Dunkirk and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bruens shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Fuschini lands an overhand right.
It looks like Paul Bruens has been cut. Fuschini throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Fuschini misses with a hook. Bruens clobbers Fuschini with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
It looks like Daniele Fuschini has been cut. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! A chopping leg kick lands by Fuschini. Fuschini steps into range and cracks Bruens with a monster punch that buckles his knees! Bruens flops backwards and Fuschini dives into his guard looking to finish!
Fuschini looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Bruens wants to sweep here but Fuschini controlling him for the moment.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fuschini wants to stand but Bruens has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Fuschini slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Fuschini pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Bruens is keeping the position for now. Bruens wants to sweep but no luck. Bruens controls Fuschini momentarily but Fuschini frees himself. Fuschini content to stall in guard here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Fuschini trying to control the position from guard on top but Bruens is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fuschini trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Fuschini misses the jab. Bruens staying out of range there. Fuschini throws a lazy right hand but Bruens sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Bruens shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Fuschini pinned against the cage. Fuschini gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Fuschini lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Bruens circles away quickly and effectively. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Fuschini.
Fuschini defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Bruens. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Paul Bruens. That's going to take a lot out of him. Bruens drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Fuschini pulls Bruens in close to prevent any damage. Fuschini wants to get back to his feet but Bruens passes into half guard.
Fuschini is not content to let Bruens control the position. Fuschini is trying to maintain the position but Bruens is very close to passing his half guard. Bruens trying to control from half guard but Fuschini is working away. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Bruens moves into full mount! Fuschini won't be happy about that! Fuschini sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Daniele Fuschini dominated that round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Fuschini looks to land a combination but Bruens avoids it well. Bruens bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Fuschini swings for the body but Bruens moves out of range.
Fuschini throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Bruens gets the takedown into side control. Bruens trying to control the position but Fuschini is working away. Fuschini tries to buck Bruens off but Bruens is having none of it. Fuschini is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Fuschini wants to control but Bruens postures up. Fuschini is looking for a sweep. Fuschini is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fuschini is letting Bruens control him for a moment. Bruens is looking to take a break and control but Fuschini is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Fuschini regains half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Fuschini is looking to improve his position.
Fuschini has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Bruens is working away from the top position though. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bruens is controlling the pace.
Bruens wants to take a breather but Fuschini is having none of it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Fuschini wants to control but Bruens is keeping busy.

Bruens seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Fuschini does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Nice sprawl there from Fuschini as Bruens shoots in. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Fuschini lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Bruens has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Bruens and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Fuschini lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Fuschini attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin. Bruens keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Fuschini. Bruens tries to bum rush Fuschini with a series of wild strikes but Fuschini uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Daniele Fuschini is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Bruens fails to land the takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Paul Bruens. That's going to take a lot out of him. Fuschini throws a hook to the side of Bruens's head but Bruens sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Fuschini looks to throw the jab but Bruens is out of range. Bruens changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Fuschini tries to avoid it but Bruens manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Fuschini to the ground. Fuschini escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Bruens slips a jab from Fuschini. Bruens ducks under a wild hook from Fuschini. Fuschini with a jab.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bruens shoots in for a double leg but Fuschini sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Fuschini lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Bruens defending well as Fuschini loads up on a big left hand. A solid leg kick lands there for Fuschini.
Bruens uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Fuschini. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Daniele Fuschini showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Bruens avoids a low kick by using good footwork. Bruens walks into a stiff left hand from Fuschini. A combination from Bruens does no damage. Fuschini lands a body shot.
Fuschini slips a jab from Bruens. Fuschini missing with a left hand there. Bruens was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Bruens throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Fuschini digs a good body shot into Bruens's ribs. Fuschini thumps Bruens with a low kick. Bruens takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Fuschini does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Fuschini swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Bruens counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Bruens. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bruens stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Fuschini swivels though and keeps the full guard. Fuschini wants to get back to his feet but Bruens is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Bruens wants to control from the top but Fuschini keeps moving. Fuschini wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Fuschini trying to keep a closed guard but Bruens is proving a slippery customer.
Fuschini is looking to stand up but Bruens isn't so interested in that idea.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Bruens advances to half guard. Bruens working Fuschini over with strikes. Bruens wants to pass to mount but Fuschini is defending the position. Fuschini is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Bruens in particular looking to stall. Bruens wants to control but Fuschini is keeping him busy. Bruens prevents Fuschini from improving his position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fuschini gets full guard. Fuschini has control of Bruens's left arm, preventing Bruens from doing any damage. Fuschini has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Bruens can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Bruens got a little sloppy there for a moment and Fuschini has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Bruens has managed to get both his arms back between Fuschini's legs - danger averted. Bruens slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Bruens might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Bruens works a leg free and moves into half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Fuschini is looking to escape. Bruens content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. The fighters are battling for position here. Fuschini manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Paul Bruens has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Bruens not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Bruens seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Fuschini for as long as he can get away with. Bruens passes Fuschini's left leg - he's now in half guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Daniele Fuschini comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Fuschini winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
