Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Chris Keane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Randi Mull (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mull takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Mull rushes Keane and presses him up against the cage.
Keane wants to break the clinch but can't.

Mull breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Keane checks a leg kick.
Mull tries to close the distance and clinch but Keane swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Keane lands with a straight right. Mull didn't see that one coming.
Mull shoots in for a takedown but Keane shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

A frustrated look appears on Keane's face as he tries to break the clinch.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Mull is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! Keane's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Keane changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Mull tries to avoid it but Keane manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mull to the ground. Mull escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Keane drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Keane cracks Mull with an elbow. That is naaassty.

Keane has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Keane tries a head kick but it misses.
A thudding body kick lands there by Mull!
Keane slaps away a takedown attempt from Mull, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Keane throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Mull stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

and Keane counters with a nice double leg into side control. Mull won't be happy with that.

Keane is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Mull will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
