The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCoy is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Gracie's half guard.
Gracie is trying to get back to full guard.
Gracie is refusing to be controlled, as McCoy sits in half guard.
McCoy winds up and cracks Gracie with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Gracie wants to improve his position but McCoy is controlling well.
McCoy wants to pass to mount but Gracie is defending the position.
McCoy wants to lay and pray for a moment but Gracie keeps working.
McCoy with the ground and pound but Gracie uses the opportunity to regain guard.
McCoy wants to control from the top but Gracie keeps moving.

McCoy trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Gracie manages to land a sweep and now he's on top!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Gracie is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! McCoy is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! McCoy has escaped and now he's on top!

Gracie is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and McCoy defends well.

Gracie has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but McCoy has passed into side control.
Gracie is not content to let McCoy control the position.

Gracie takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
McCoy creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Gracie sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
Gracie takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
McCoy tries to score with some ground and pound. Gracie controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
McCoy wants to lay and pray for a moment but Gracie keeps working.
A lull in the action here as McCoy stalls from top position.

Gracie is looking to regain half guard here but McCoy keeps moving and retains side control.
Gracie is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
McCoy thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Gracie's head.

The fighters are battling for position here. Gracie manages to regain full guard. Nice work.

McCoy feints and as Gracie raises his hands in defense, McCoy changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Gracie bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in McCoy's guard.
McCoy tries to land a sweep but no joy.
McCoy is trying to keep Gracie in close.

McCoy is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
McCoy is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Gracie is just riding it out for now. McCoy eventually gives up the hold.
McCoy is looking to advance position but Gracie won't allow it.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
McCoy goes for a cartwheel guard pass here but Gracie does a handstand and catches McCoy in mid air with a triangle! Could it be? It is! It's the triple decker pecker wrecker! The fighters land on the ground with Gracie on top - McCoy is already out from the submission! Gracie gives McCoy's pecker the obligatory post submission twist and this one is aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaall over! Are you kidding me! That is world class Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. That guy is my hero!
