Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mike Lights out (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lars Larsson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mike Lights out has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Larsson rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Lights out moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Lights out tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Larsson tries to control but Lights out wriggling away.
Larsson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Lights out. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Lights out is looking to improve his position but Larsson isn't that keen on the idea.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Lights out is looking to improve his position but Larsson isn't that keen on the idea.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Larsson lands a big shot there that rocks Lights out but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Lights out is working to get back to half guard.
Lights out sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

Larsson shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Lights out's guard.

Lights out is looking to sinch up a triangle. Larsson throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Lights out's body to avoid the submission. Lights out has instead reached around Larsson's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Lights out arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
