Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Seeley Booth!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Justice Evans!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Paul Tew and James Ackerman.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Evans is trying hard to land a takedown here. Booth sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Evans closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Evans tries for a takedown. No joy.
Booth tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Booth tries to circle away but Evans has him pinned against the cage.
Booth is trying to break the clinch but Evans is controlling him.
Booth is trying to stall.

Evans gets control of Booth's arms and successfully pulls guard. Evans will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Evans is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Booth defends well.

Evans has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Booth is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Evans.

Evans is trying to get back to half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Booth gets to mount! Evans was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Booth takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Evans trying to hold on to Booth's head to control him but Booth postures up.
Booth controlling the action here.

Evans keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount.
Booth wants to control but Evans is keeping him busy.
Evans is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Booth scores with a couple of nice shots.
Evans has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Booth is working away from the top position though.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Evans is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment.

Evans looking for submissions off his back.
Evans wants to improve his position but Booth is controlling well.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Justice Evans will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.


Evans is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Evans shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Booth but Booth pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Booth gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Evans to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Evans postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Booth is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Evans, into his guard.

Booth trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

Booth got a little sloppy there for a moment and Evans has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Booth has managed to get both his arms back between Evans's legs - danger averted.
Booth controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Evans looking to control.

Evans looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Booth passes into half guard.
Evans is trying to control but Booth manages to pass to mount!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Booth can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Evans is looking to escape.
Evans is trying to escape the mount.
Evans tries to hold on but Booth postures up.

Evans is in all sorts of trouble here.
Booth trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Evans tries to reverse the position but Booth maintains control.
Evans is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Booth knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Evans on the ground.
Evans manages to regain half guard. Good work.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Booth content to control rather than advance.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close second round but Justice Evans will probably get the nod - 10:9.
That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!


Evans fails with the takedown.
A swing and a miss from Booth.
Booth displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Evans.
Booth scores with a crisp jab that stopped Evans in his tracks.
Evans tries for a takedown but Booth sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Seeley Booth has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Justice Evans.
Booth loads up on a big right hand but Evans slips the punch.
Nice sprawl there from Booth as Evans shoots in.

Booth instigates a clinch.
Booth looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Booth throws an elbow that misses.
Evans is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Booth pulls him back up using the underhooks.

Booth escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Booth tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Booth misses with a straight right.
Evans takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Evans scores a takedown into full mount!

Evans goes for an armbar but Booth turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Booth.

Evans is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Booth pulls his head out easily.

Evans wants to control but Booth is keeping busy.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Seeley Booth showed his dominance in that final round.
I think Evans has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
