Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gentle Giant (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leonard STAM (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Giant comes to the cage accompanied by Lollipop - Lil' Wayne. The crowd seem to be enjoying STAM's choice of entrance music: Tony Iommi - Grace. Leonard STAM is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Giant keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Giant throws a body kick that misses.
STAM shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Giant pinned against the cage. Giant gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

STAM prevents Giant from getting back to his feet.

STAM drops back, looking for a kneebar! Giant looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Giant looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Giant!

STAM thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

STAM drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Giant manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now STAM has Giant in his guard.
Giant has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

STAM working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Giant doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Giant manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

STAM closes the distance and clinches up with Giant, looking for a takedown. STAM pushes Giant against the cage but Giant circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Giant feints and as STAM raises his hands in defense, Giant changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

STAM has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Giant has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

Giant on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Giant tries to get out of the position.

STAM jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Giant is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Giant and STAM has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

STAM swings around for an armbar but Giant sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into STAM's guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

That was a close second round but I would say that Gentle Giant will probably get the nod.

Giant has decided to stand back up but his arm is trapped. Whilst he's worrying about his arm, STAM works to full guard.

Gentle Giant overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Giant got a little sloppy there for a moment and STAM has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Giant has managed to get both his arms back between STAM's legs - danger averted.

STAM has his foot on Giant's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Giant works his way back into a safe position though.

STAM throws his legs up looking for a submission but Giant uses it to pass to side control.
