Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sander Loughlin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Regio Zorro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Loughlin might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Metallica - No Remorse. Regio Zorro has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Sander Loughlin's chin.

The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Columbo Gatti and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zorro swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Loughlin misses with a hook. Zorro ducked under it nicely.

Zorro throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Loughlin lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Zorro circles away quickly and effectively.

and Loughlin counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.

Zorro moves forwards but Loughlin connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Zorro throws a nice looking combination but Loughlin bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Loughlin uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Zorro.

Zorro gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Loughlin seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Loughlin content to control rather than advance.
Zorro is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Loughlin scores with a couple of nice shots.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Zorro can do anything to dispel that myth.
Loughlin is trying to work for a kimura but Zorro is defending well.
Zorro keeps control of the position for the meantime.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Loughlin winds up and cracks Zorro with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Loughlin is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Zorro doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Loughlin.

Loughlin shoots for a takedown but Zorro saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

and Loughlin counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Zorro is breathing heavily.
Loughlin misses with a two punch combination.
Regio Zorro is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Loughlin connects with a crisp jab.
Loughlin lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Zorro has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Zorro there as he acknowledges the shot.

Loughlin cracks Zorro with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Zorro is still on wobbly legs! Can Loughlin finish him?
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
