Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Alex Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marshall Eriksen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brown comes to the cage accompanied by say something. Marshall Eriksen has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Alex Brown!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Marshall Eriksen!
The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, John Kavanagh and Steve Montenegro.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eriksen looks to land a combination but Brown avoids it well.
Brown really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Brown changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Eriksen tries to avoid it but Brown manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Eriksen to the ground. Eriksen escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Horrible takedown by Brown or perhaps it was just good defense by Eriksen which made him look bad.

Eriksen rushes Brown and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Eriksen is trying to force a seperation but Brown has the dominant position.
Eriksen wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Brown has him pressed against the cage.
Brown wants to get back to striking at distance but Eriksen won't allow it.
Brown keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Eriksen's efforts to push away.
A short right from Eriksen.
Eriksen has had enough of the clinch but Brown keeps him there for the moment.
Eriksen scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Brown wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Eriksen pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Brown tries to bum rush Eriksen with a series of wild strikes but Eriksen uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Brown leaves his chin hanging out and Eriksen seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Brown crumbles to the floor in a heap, and the referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Marshall Eriksen!
