Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Harald Vedvik (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Trenton Nebel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Harald Vedvik has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Harald Vedvik! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Trenton Nebel! The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Tiny Johnson and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nebel dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Vedvik. That did some damage! Nebel shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Nebel looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. Vedvik is bucking up trying to escape but Nebel cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Nebel looking to control but Vedvik is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Nebel has hold of Vedvik's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Vedvik manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Nebel controlling the position easily from mount. Nebel pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nebel tries to control but Vedvik wriggling away. Vedvik regains half guard. Nebel with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Nebel stops Vedvik from getting back to his feet.
Vedvik is breathing heavily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Nebel is trying to control the action in half guard but Vedvik is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Vedvik won't allow Nebel to pass to mount. Nebel working over Vedvik with some ground and pound. Vedvik looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Nebel stands up from half guard. Nebel will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Excellent takedown into side control there by Nebel. Nebel working away.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The referee tells the fighters to keep busy. Nebel in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. Vedvik is trying to work for a sweep but Nebel has mounted him! Nebel is standing up, even though he is in mount. Nebel looks for a takedown but Vedvik sprawls well. Vedvik misses with a takedown attempt and Nebel counters by clinching up. Vedvik pulls guard successfully.
Vedvik manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Vedvik tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Vedvik in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Nebel working to try and regain half guard.
Nebel tries to lock up and control but Vedvik gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Nebel is in all sorts of trouble here.
Vedvik avoids the attempt from Nebel to control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Trenton Nebel dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Vedvik throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Nebel was covering up waiting for the punch and Vedvik finishes the takedown easily into guard. Nebel wants to stand but Vedvik is controlling the position. Vedvik trying to control the position from guard on top but Nebel is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Vedvik is really struggling to control Nebel but he's trying to hold on to the position. Nebel bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Vedvik's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Vedvik keeping moving, preventing Nebel from controlling successfully. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Nebel won't allow Vedvik to sweep him here. Nebel trying to control the position from guard on top but Vedvik is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Nebel stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Vedvik swivels though and keeps the full guard. Vedvik looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Vedvik wants to get back to his feet but Nebel is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Nebel preventing the sweep.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Nebel clinches up against the cage. Vedvik lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage. Nebel breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Nice takedown defense from Nebel. No joy for Vedvik on that attempt. Nebel throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Nebel scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nebel connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Vedvik some visible discomfort.
Who's going to make the next move? Vedvik can't do much from the bottom here. Vedvik is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here. Nebel is looking to take a break and control but Vedvik is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Nebel moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Nebel is trying to ground and pound but Vedvik uses the momentary lack of control by Nebel to regain half guard. Vedvik is trying to maintain the position but Nebel is very close to passing his half guard. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Vedvik looks like he's trying to stand up.

Trenton Nebel showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!

Nebel slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Nebel is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Nebel trying to control the position from guard on top but Vedvik is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nebel wanted to stand there but Vedvik had control of the position. Vedvik looking for a sweep. Not yet Vedvik, not yet. Vedvik has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Nebel has passed into side control.
Vedvik wants to control but Nebel postures up.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Nebel is defended easily by Vedvik. Vedvik tries to clinch but Nebel is having none of it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Nebel lands with a kick to the temple. Vedvik shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Nebel fails with an attempt to clinch.
Nebel gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Vedvik showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Nebel is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nebel is striking off his back. Vedvik thinks nothing of it though and passes easily into half guard. Nebel gets back to full guard.
Nebel is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Vedvik wants to control from the top but Nebel keeps moving.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Nebel is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Vedvik tries to stand but Nebel is controlling from the bottom. Harald Vedvik has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Vedvik is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Nebel kicks Vedvik off and gets to his feet.
And that's the end of the fight! Harald Vedvik showed his dominance in that final round. Well Nebel has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
