Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Riley Quinn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Xavier Conrad (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Quinn comes to the cage accompanied by Living in Sin. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Conrad defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Quinn. Quinn drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Quinn wants to control from the top but Conrad keeps moving. Quinn pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Conrad is keeping the position for now. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Conrad wants to sweep here but Quinn controlling him for the moment. Conrad managing to control the position. Conrad tries to land a sweep but no joy. Conrad is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Conrad wants to stand but Quinn is controlling the position. Quinn slips nicely into half guard. Quinn is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Conrad defends it well.

Quinn cracks Conrad with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Quinn looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. Conrad sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Quinn prevents Conrad from improving his position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Conrad is trying to maintain the position but Quinn is very close to passing his half guard. Quinn is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Quinn passes to side control. Quinn is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Conrad has escaped the position, nice work there. Quinn is breathing heavily. Quinn thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Quinn trying to control the position but Conrad is working away. Conrad wants to get back to his feet but Quinn drags him back down. Conrad tries to get back to half guard but can't. Conrad is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Quinn off and has taken his back! Conrad lands a punch to the side of the head from the back. That's four minutes gone in the round. Conrad has the hooks in. Quinn is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted. Conrad is landing with strikes from the back. Quinn really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Conrad is throwing punches to the body, looking to soften Quinn up.

That was a close round but I would say that Riley Quinn will probably get the nod. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Quinn swats away the attempt to clinch by Conrad. Conrad with a poor takedown and Quinn counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Conrad had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Quinn defends it easily. Conrad is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Quinn defends well. Quinn stands up over Conrad, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Quinn trying to control the position from guard on top but Conrad is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Conrad is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Conrad pushes Quinn off and scrambles back to his feet.
Quinn shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Quinn can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Conrad is looking to escape. Quinn prevents Conrad from getting the reversal. Quinn scores with a couple of good head shots there.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Quinn has hold of Conrad's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Conrad manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Conrad is trying to stand up. Riley Quinn overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Conrad is squirming around, avoiding Quinn's attempts to control the action. Conrad swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing. Conrad is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.

Quinn wants to finish this one by submission but Conrad is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Quinn. Conrad sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. Quinn wants to lay and pray for a moment but Conrad keeps working. Conrad tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land. Conrad is looking to control Quinn's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Conrad avoid being mounted? Quinn is working for a submission of some sort.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Quinn thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Quinn is trying to control. Conrad wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Conrad makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Conrad. Conrad looking for a sweep. Not yet Conrad, not yet.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Quinn scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Quinn passes into side control, despite Conrad's attempt to control the position.

Riley Quinn dominated that second round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
Conrad throws a right and a left that Quinn avoids nicely. Conrad fails with the takedown and Quinn counters with a takedown into side control. You can see the frustration on Conrad's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Quinn stands up. Quinn fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Conrad fails with an attempt to clinch.
Conrad keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Conrad closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Conrad lands in his opponent's guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Quinn cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Riley Quinn is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Quinn wants to sweep but no luck.
And that's the end of the fight! Riley Quinn showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Quinn, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
