Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jack Unterweger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Davola (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jack Unterweger! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Joe Davola! The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Daniel Blasius and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Unterweger on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Davola. Davola obviously looking to wear him down.
Unterweger shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Davola is trying to escape the mount.
Davola throwing punches from his back but nothing is landing. Unterweger is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Davola is surviving well by controlling Unterweger's body position as best he can. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Davola can do anything to dispel that myth. Davola wants to control but Unterweger is having none of it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Davola sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Davola is trying is best to control the position here. Davola is looking to escape. Davola tries to get to full guard but Unterweger has control of the leg. Davola moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Davola pulls Unterweger in close to prevent any damage. Davola wants to stand and escape but Unterweger is having none of it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Davola lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Unterweger! Davola is standing up, even though he is in mount. Unterweger is breathing heavily. Davola throws a head kick but Unterweger moves out of range.
Davola ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Unterweger looks for a takedown but Davola sprawls well. Davola throws a head kick that Unterweger semi-blocks.
Davola throws a leg kick which misses Unterweger's front leg but catches the back leg as Unterweger tries to avoid it. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Unterweger has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Davola. Unterweger chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Davola can pounce on him.
Davola throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena. Davola with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Davola throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Good leg kick by Davola there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Davola fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Unterweger. Davola circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Unterweger drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Davola follows Unterweger to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Joe Davola!
