Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Aviram Gilad (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daniel Amrus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Amrus has chosen 50 Cent & Eminem - You Don't Know as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Aviram Gilad! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Daniel Amrus! The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Elvis Blanc and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gilad stuffs the takedown. Amrus is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Amrus fails with a takedown attempt. Nice takedown defense from Gilad. No joy for Amrus on that attempt. Aviram Gilad has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Daniel Amrus. Gilad closes this distance looking for a takedown but Amrus circles away. Amrus with a poor takedown and Gilad counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Gilad looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Amrus looks gassed! Gilad is thwarting Amrus's attempts to control the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gilad is trying to control the action in half guard but Amrus is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Gilad thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Gilad is looking to advance position but Amrus won't allow it. Amrus pushes Gilad off and gets back to his feet. Amrus tries for a takedown but Gilad circles away easily and Gilad counters with a leg kick. Gilad looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Gilad is trying to work for a kimura but Amrus is defending well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gilad is looking for a kimura here.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Gilad is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Amrus sees it coming and defends easily. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Gilad seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Amrus does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Aviram Gilad dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Amrus clinches up with Gilad and pushes him back against the cage. Gilad gets underhooks to prevent Amrus's takedown attempt.
Gilad tries to score a body lock takedown but Amrus shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Amrus tries for a takedown. No joy.
Gilad escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Amrus throws a combination that misses and Gilad counters with a single leg into guard. Amrus didn't expect that. Gilad tries to free his leg and advance position but Amrus is retaining full guard. Gilad trying to control but Amrus is working from the bottom. Amrus is breathing heavily. Gilad drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Amrus dives on top into guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gilad avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Amrus missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Gilad working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Amrus doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Amrus manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Amrus throwing strikes but missing. Gilad escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Amrus gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Gilad utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Gilad working for a triangle but Amrus defends it easily.
Amrus thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Gilad throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
Gilad is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Amrus is aware though and is defending well. Amrus must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Amrus postures up and lands a big shot to Gilad's brow. Amrus drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Amrus jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Gilad looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Amrus lands a couple of elbows. Gilad escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Amrus gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Amrus lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Amrus postures up and lands a big shot to Gilad's brow.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gilad has momentary wrist control but Amrus slips an elbow through the middle. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Gilad bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Amrus's guard. Gilad being controlled here momentarily. Aviram Gilad overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Amrus wants to sweep but no luck. Gilad throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Amrus works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Gilad trying to control but Amrus is working from the bottom. Amrus wants to stand and escape but Gilad is having none of it. Gilad drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Amrus manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Gilad has Amrus in his guard. Gilad has his foot on Amrus's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Amrus works his way back into a safe position though. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Aviram Gilad dominated that second round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Amrus misses with a takedown attempt and Gilad counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Amrus's guard now. Amrus is trying to keep Gilad in close.
Gilad loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Gilad has gone for a leg lock! Amrus slips out almost immediately though and dives into Gilad's guard. Amrus stands up over Gilad, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
That's one minute gone in the round. Amrus thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Gilad lands a couple of shots from the bottom.
Both fighters are breathing heavily. Amrus drops back looking for a leg! Gilad is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Gilad manages to kick Amrus off! Amrus jumps back into Gilad's guard. Gilad lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Amrus! Gilad is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Amrus has managed to escape the submission attempt.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Gilad moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Amrus has worked his arm free - good work by Amrus!
Gilad in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Amrus is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
