Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Shawn Carter!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Frank Slater!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Alec Ball and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slater walks into a jab.
Slater fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Slater dodges the punch combination from Carter.
Carter has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Slater.
Carter misses with a two punch combination.
Slater thuds his shin into the meat of Carter's side.
Carter is breathing heavily.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Carter avoids a punch combination nicely.
Slater lands a left and a right that send Carter crashing to the mat, dazed. Slater thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Carter is rocked!
It looks like Shawn Carter has been cut.
Slater throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Carter connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Carter moves out of range of the body kick.
Slater lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Slater throws a series of punches but Carter avoids them all with ease.
Slater connects with a stiff jab that staggers Carter - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!
