Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are William Peck, Alec Ball and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yluches is looking to clinch.
Verkowski closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Verkowski tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Yluches smiles and moves away.

and Verkowski counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.

and Verkowski counters by moving into the clinch.
Yluches is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Yluches has picked Verkowski up - he's going for a ride! Yluches dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
Yluches blocks the strikes from Verkowski.
Yluches wants to control but Verkowski is keeping him busy.

and Verkowski counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Verkowski wants to stand and escape but instead Yluches has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
Yluches tries to free his leg and advance position but Verkowski is retaining full guard.
Yluches stands and throws Verkowski's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Yluches wants to lay and pray for a moment but Verkowski keeps working.
Yluches looks gassed!
Verkowski can't do much from the bottom here.
Yluches decides to stand back up.
Verkowski tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Yluches paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Yluches gets the takedown into side control.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage!

Verkowski is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Yluches is controlling him well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

and Verkowski decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Yluches's guard.
Verkowski wants to pass the guard but Yluches is keeping the position.
