Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Takonomi Kishimoto!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Yukihiro Shimada and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kishimoto throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Kano avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Kishimoto lands with a right hand.
Kishimoto cracks Kano with a good jab.
Kano looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Kano wants to pass to mount but Kishimoto is defending the position.
Kano postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Kishimoto to stand up.
Kano misses with a takedown attempt - Kishimoto sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Kishimoto misses with a two punch combination.
No joy there for Kishimoto, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Nice takedown defense from Kishimoto. No joy for Kano on that attempt.
Kishimoto throws a series of punches but Kano avoids them all with ease.
Kishimoto throws a right and a left that both miss.
Kano has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Kishimoto finds it's way round the side to connect with Kano's head.
Kishimoto lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Kano circles away quickly and effectively.
Kishimoto misses with the combination.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Kano shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Kishimoto sprawls well. Kishimoto wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Kano gets slowly back to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jigoro Kano. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Kano walks into a stiff left hand from Kishimoto.
Kishimoto rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kano moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Kano feints and as Kishimoto raises his hands in defense, Kano changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Kishimoto has his feet on Kano's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.
Kishimoto throws a right and a left that Kano avoids nicely.
Kano shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Kishimoto pinned against the cage. Kishimoto gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Kano avoids the body shot from Kishimoto.
Kishimoto misses with a two punch combination.
Kano shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Kishimoto is trying to defend but Kano finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Kano seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Kishimoto is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
