Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hayden McMillionston (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michael Robico (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McMillionston comes to the cage accompanied by Nothing to Prove - H20. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Hayden McMillionston! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Michael Robico! The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Damien Edna and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Robico throws a big shot that misses. Michael Robico seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Robico comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. A right-left combo lands from Robico.
It looks like Hayden McMillionston has been cut. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. McMillionston misses with a takedown attempt - Robico sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. McMillionston tries to clinch but Robico moves out of range. Robico shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. McMillionston manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. McMillionston on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if McMillionston tries to get out of the position. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Robico accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Robico has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Robico looking to pass the guard. Robico slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. McMillionston knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Robico on the ground.
That's one minute gone in the round. Robico throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. McMillionston throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
McMillionston keeping full guard, as Robico tries to pass. Robico is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Robico drops back looking for a leg! McMillionston is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and McMillionston manages to kick Robico off! Robico jumps back into McMillionston's guard. Robico thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Robico trying to control but McMillionston is working from the bottom.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Robico shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Robico showed some decent athleticism there. Robico is controlling the pace.
Robico is trying to work for a kimura but McMillionston is defending well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Robico not doing much here.
Robico is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Robico looks gassed! Robico wants to control but McMillionston is keeping him busy.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Robico is taking a breather. McMillionston says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. McMillionston is staying active underneath Robico, who seems content to just control the action from this position. McMillionston gets back to full guard.
Robico thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. McMillionston wants to stand but Robico is controlling the position. Robico distracts McMillionston with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Michael Robico dominated that round. The cut man is working on Hayden McMillionston's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
McMillionston doesn't succeed with the takedown so Robico counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. McMillionston could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. McMillionston avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. McMillionston is trying to control the position but Robico postures up. McMillionston being controlled here, momentarily. Robico forces his way into half guard. Robico wants to take a breather but McMillionston is having none of it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Robico is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Robico is working for a kimura but McMillionston is defending it quite comfortably.
Robico is breathing heavily. Robico content to control rather than advance.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Despite being in the dominant position, Michael Robico just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. McMillionston takes a jab right on the kisser.
Robico tries for a takedown but McMillionston circles away easily and McMillionston counters with a takedown into side control. Robico wants to control but McMillionston postures up. McMillionston grinds an elbow into Robico's temple. McMillionston landing a few strikes. Robico tries to improve position but can't. McMillionston scoring with punches and elbows. McMillionston in side control lands a decent elbow. McMillionston creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Robico sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. Robico tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but McMillionston wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Robico is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. McMillionston scoring with punches and elbows. Robico is trying to get back to half guard. Robico takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Robico wants to get back to his feet but McMillionston drags him back down. McMillionston looks up at the clock and then as Robico takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, McMillionston smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
McMillionston is putting a hurting on Robico here, landing some big shots from side control. McMillionston creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots. Check out the look on McMillionston's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
The strikes coming from McMillionston are missing the target in this wave of attacks. Robico sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Robico is pressing down on McMillionston's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Robico not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
That's four minutes gone in the round. McMillionston looking to pass the guard. Robico is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Robico tries to land a sweep but no joy. McMillionston is in close to Robico's body, working some short punches and elbows. McMillionston wants to control from the top but Robico keeps moving. McMillionston distracts Robico with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Robico looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Robico is trying to control the position from the bottom.
McMillionston postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. McMillionston with a flurry of punches that miss. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Hayden McMillionston will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Hayden McMillionston's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!
Robico looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for McMillionston! McMillionston gets back to half guard. Robico seems to be working for a kimura but McMillionston defends the submission attempt. McMillionston gets back to full guard.
Robico tries to free his leg and advance position but McMillionston is retaining full guard. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Robico got a little sloppy there for a moment and McMillionston has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Robico has managed to get both his arms back between McMillionston's legs - danger averted. Robico thows a big elbow that misses.
That's one minute gone in the round. Robico controls the pace of the fight for a moment. McMillionston might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Robico stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. McMillionston swivels though and keeps the full guard. Robico missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. McMillionston shoots for a takedown but Robico saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Robico lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as McMillionston backs up against the cage.

Robico fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. McMillionston sprawls well initially but Robico persists and gets the takedown into half guard. McMillionston avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Robico. McMillionston looking for submissions off his back. Robico slows the pace down in half guard. Robico uses his free foot to push down on McMillionston's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for McMillionston.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Robico postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. McMillionston looks a forlorn figure.
Robico working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. McMillionston turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Robico off and cradles McMillionston's limp body as Robico celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:32 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (Anaconda Choke). Michael Robico!
