Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mike Jones could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Jack Miller's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mike Jones! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jack Miller! The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Jonathan Paton and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jones shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Miller defends it nicely. Miller circles away from the clinch attempt.
Miller misses with a takedown and Jones counters with a nice double leg into side control. Miller won't be happy with that. Miller is pushing Jones's head away, looking to escape. Jones manages to hold on to the position though. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Miller can do anything to dispel that myth. Jones tries for a kimura but Miller is defending well. Miller looking for a sweep but Jones has passed into full mount! Oh no!
That's one minute gone in the round. Miller is in a horrible position here. Jones smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Miller avoids a series of strikes thrown by Jones.
Jones controlling his opponent. Miller is in all sorts of trouble here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Jones trying to control but he's not successful this time. Miller wants to control but Jones is having none of it. Jones thowing shots but they're missing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. BOOM! Jones connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Jones prevents Miller from getting the reversal. Poor strikes thrown by Jones there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
A nice elbow there by Jones. Miller is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Jones thowing shots but they're missing.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jones wants to control the pace but Miller is squirming around nicely. Jones has control of Miller's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Miller regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Jones throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mike Jones dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Jones with a poor takedown and Miller counters with a nice double leg into side control. Jones won't be happy with that. Jones tries to bench press Miller off him but Miller keeps the position. Jones manages to get back to half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Jones is trying to stand up here but Miller is controlling him well. Jones tries to get to full guard but Miller has control of the leg. Miller stops Jones from getting back to his feet.
Miller tries to pass to full mount but Jones defends it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Miller sitting and controlling from the half guard. Jones won't allow Miller to pass to mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Jones is looking for a sweep. Miller is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Jones tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Miller swivels and escapes. Jones shoots for a takedown but Miller saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mike Jones. That's going to take a lot out of him. Miller shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Jones counters with a takedown into side control. An elbow from Jones crashes against the mat.
Jones trying to control the action but Miller is working from the bottom. Mike Jones overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Miller dodges the ground and pound from Jones.

A close second round but Jack Miller will probably get the nod - 10:9. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!
Miller shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Jones counters with a nice double leg into side control. Miller won't be happy with that. Jones wants to lay and pray for a moment but Miller keeps working. Jones creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Miller sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Jones here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man. Jones tries for a kimura but Miller is defending well. Jones is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Miller has escaped the position, nice work there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Miller dodges the ground and pound from Jones. Miller wants to get back to his feet but Jones drags him back down. Jones wants to lay and pray for a moment but Miller keeps working.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Jones decides to stand up, so the ref orders Miller to his feet. Miller has his takedown stuffed and Jones counters with a single leg into guard. Miller didn't expect that. Jones thows a big elbow that misses. Miller keeping moving, preventing Jones from controlling successfully. Jones working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Miller really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jones. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Miller wants to get back to his feet but Jones is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Jones tries to free his leg and advance position but Miller is retaining full guard. Miller wants to stand but Jones is controlling the position. Miller keeping moving, preventing Jones from controlling successfully.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Jones controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Jones rushes Miller and presses him up against the cage. Jones prevents a takedown attempt there.
Mike Jones has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jack Miller. Jones misses with a short punch on the inside.
And that's the end of the fight! Mike Jones showed his dominance in that final round. I think Jones has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
