Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Micheal Banrty (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dart Weider (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Micheal Banrty! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Dart Weider! The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Donald Grub and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Weider fails with a takedown attempt. Banrty rushes Weider and presses him up against the cage. Weider on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Weider putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Banrty in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body. Banrty pulls guard. Banrty controls Weider momentarily but Weider frees himself. Banrty tries to land a sweep but no joy. Weider forces his way into half guard. Banrty is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Banrty is in trouble now - Weider has advanced to mount! Banrty tries to lock up and control but Weider gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Banrty wants to use the cage to get back to his feet here.
Banrty is in all sorts of trouble here.
Weider can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Banrty is looking to escape. Weider in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.

Banrty is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Banrty squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.
Weider tries to control but Banrty wriggling away. The referee warns Banrty that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Banrty is squirming around, avoiding Weider's attempts to control the action. Weider scoring with strikes but Banrty is staying in there. Banrty sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Banrty trying to hold on to Weider's head to control him but Weider postures up.
Weider slows the pace down in half guard. Banrty wants to control but Weider is keeping busy.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Weider moves nicely into side control. Weider working away. Banrty is breathing heavily. Weider wants to lay and pray for a moment but Banrty keeps working. Weider tries to advance to mount but Banrty denies him. Banrty is not content to let Weider control the position. Weider decides to stand up, so the ref orders Banrty to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Weider fails with a takedown attempt. Banrty shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Banrty looking to ground and pound but Weider is blocking nicely. Banrty content just to control the position here. Banrty looking to finish with strikes here!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dart Weider dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Banrty is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Weider's half guard. Banrty is trying to control the action in half guard but Weider is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Banrty takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Weider is trying to maintain the position but Banrty is very close to passing his half guard. Banrty is controlling the pace.
Weider is breathing heavily. Banrty is pressing down on Weider's thigh, looking to free his foot. Weider is holding on for now.
That's one minute gone in the round. Banrty is just content to waste time from the top position. Weider takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard. Banrty decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Weider, up you get! Weider misses with a takedown and Banrty counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Banrty.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Banrty seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Banrty looking to pass the guard. Banrty wants to control from the top but Weider keeps moving. Banrty would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Weider has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Banrty can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Banrty wants to control from the top but Weider keeps moving. Banrty throws a big right hand that misses. Banrty could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Weider preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Banrty scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Banrty in particular looking to stall. Weider wants to control but Banrty is keeping busy.
Banrty wants to work for an arm triangle but Weider is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Banrty controlling the action here. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Micheal Banrty dominated that second round. That's time! Banrty's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!
Weider circles away from the clinch attempt.
A punch combination from Banrty misses. Weider feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Banrty is trying to keep Weider in close.
Banrty is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Banrty is adopting a defensive guard. Weider wants to pass the guard but Banrty is keeping the position. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Weider won't allow Banrty to sweep him here. Weider is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Banrty trying to control the position.

Banrty decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Weider regains full guard. Nicely done.

Banrty wants to stand but Weider is controlling his posture from full guard. Banrty trying to move into half guard but instead Weider has managed to sweep!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Banrty utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Weider trying to control the position from guard on top but Banrty is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Weider stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Banrty swivels though and keeps the full guard. Banrty is trying to control the position but Weider postures up.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Weider gets caught flat footed, as Banrty shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Banrty wants to stand and escape but instead Weider has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Weider pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Banrty is keeping the position for now.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Weider passes Banrty's left leg - he's now in half guard. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Weider lands a nice short elbow. Banrty slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Banrty is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Weider defends well. Weider passes into half guard.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Dart Weider. I think Weider has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
