Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Blood Wizard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Weezy Washington (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Weezy Washington struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 186.0lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wizard closes this distance looking for a takedown but Washington circles away.
Wizard slips a jab and a cross from Washington.
Wizard shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Washington sprawls well. Washington wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Wizard gets slowly back to his feet.
Washington fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Wizard manages to avoid it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Wizard showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Washington.
Wizard cracks Washington with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

Washington wants to clinch up but Wizard keeps it at a distance.
Wizard scores with a takedown into Washington's guard.
Washington wants to stand but Wizard is controlling the position.
Wizard trying to control the position from guard on top but Washington is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Wizard drops back looking for a leg! Washington is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Washington manages to kick Wizard off! Wizard jumps back into Washington's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Washington wants to stand but Wizard is controlling the position.
Wizard stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Washington swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Wizard is pushing down on Washington's leg trying to pass to half guard. Washington is fighting to maintain full guard but Wizard has managed to sneak the leg through.
Wizard is working for a kimura but Washington is defending it quite comfortably.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Washington is defending against the submission attempts here by Wizard.

Wizard is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Washington doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Wizard.
Wizard is looking to take a break and control but Washington is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Wizard is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Washington has managed to free his arm - good work.
Washington really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Wizard. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Wizard is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Washington is just riding it out for now. Wizard eventually gives up the hold.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Nice uppercut lands for Washington. That snapped Wizard's head back.
It looks like Blood Wizard has been cut.
Wizard just misses with a punch to the body.
Wizard closes this distance looking for a takedown but Washington circles away.
Washington lands a nice hook to Wizard's body. Wizard takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Washington throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Washington keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Washington lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Wizard is looking to close the distance but Washington sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Wizard crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Wizard is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
