Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between cassius clay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tommy Chong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). clay kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genuis that is Face the pain. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Sosuke Kotani and Yasuomi Hirokawa.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chong throws a quick inside leg kick.
clay throws a hook but Chong blocks it.

clay clinches up with Chong and pushes him back against the cage.

Chong closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Chong lands in his opponent's guard.

clay is staying active underneath Chong, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Chong has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

and Chong counters with a good, hard body kick but clay shrugs it off.

Chong shoots in for a double leg but clay sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

clay breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
clay connects with a jab.
Chong wants to clinch up but clay keeps it at a distance.
clay will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Chong shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with clay but clay pushes him off and we're back to square one.
The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

clay throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Chong's head.

It looks like Tommy Chong has been cut.
clay moves in looking to clinch but Chong pushes him off.
clay cracks Chong on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Chong falls backwards against the cage. clay follows up with more strikes that drop Chong to his knees. clay keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Chong! This one is all over!
