Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between PJ Benn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andre Walters (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Benn comes to the cage accompanied by Swingfly-Touch and go. Walters has chosen Send my love to the Dance Floor by Cobra Starship as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, PJ Benn! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
11 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Andre Walters! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Walters tries to clinch there but Benn circles away.
Walters slips a jab and a cross from Benn.
Walters clinches up against the cage. Walters has picked Benn up - he's going for a ride! Walters dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard. Benn blocking the ground and pound attempt from Walters. Walters tries to pass to full mount but Benn defends it. Walters thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Benn is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Walters pulls his head out easily. Walters throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Benn is looking to escape. Walters tries to pass the half guard into mount. Benn knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Benn lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
It looks like Andre Walters has been cut. PJ Benn seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Walters moves into the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Benn jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Walters walks away with a smile on his face. Benn gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. A combination from Benn does no damage. Benn lands an overhand right. Walters takes a shot right to the bread basket. No joy there for Benn, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Benn punishes Walters's body with a nice straight punch. Benn lands a head shot. Benn tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Walters was well out of range. Poor timing from Benn. Some wild striking there from Benn.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Walters is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Benn. Walters throws an overhand right that lands on Benn's shoulder, as Benn tries to avoid the shot. Walters misses with a hook. Benn ducked under it nicely. Benn's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Benn duly obliges. Benn throws a looping overhand right but Walters ducks down to avoid it. Walters looks to land a left hand but Benn moved out of range nicely. Walters tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Benn paws at him with a jab and circles away. Walters misses the jab. Walters gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Walters gets a trip takedown into half guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Walters not landing any meaningful shots this time. Benn is trying to maintain the position but Walters is very close to passing his half guard. Walters moves nicely into side control. Benn is trying to control Walters's posture but Walters avoids it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Walters working the ground and pound. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Walters working the head with strikes. Walters trying to control the action but Benn is working from the bottom. Walters lands a decent elbow from side control. Benn is trying to control Walters's posture but Walters avoids it. Walters working the ground and pound from side control. Benn takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Walters is putting a hurting on Benn here, landing some big shots from side control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Benn regains half guard. Walters throws a strike but Benn avoids it easily and moves to full guard. Walters sitting in guard, not really doing much. Benn is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Walters tries to free his leg and advance position but Benn is retaining full guard. Benn will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Walters is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Walters in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Walters wants to pass the guard but Benn is keeping the position. Walters landing some decent shots from guard. Walters makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Andre Walters dominated that round. The cut man is working on Andre Walters's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Benn swings for the body but Walters moves out of range.
Walters forces Benn back against the cage and clinches. The referee is keeping an eye on Walters - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Walters turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control! Walters in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. Benn regains half guard, as Walters was trying to land strikes. Benn is trying to maintain the position but Walters is very close to passing his half guard. Benn is trying to get back to full guard. Benn actively working from the bottom here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Benn is looking for a sweep. Walters is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Walters lands strikes from half guard. Benn is refusing to be controlled, as Walters sits in half guard. Benn avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Walters. Walters passes the guard and advances to mount! Walters landing strikes, looking to finish! Walters scoring with strikes but Benn is staying in there. Walters working Benn over with strikes here. Benn wants to hold on but Walters pushes him away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Benn takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Benn is bucking up trying to escape but Walters cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. This has been an exciting period of action! Benn is squirming around, avoiding Walters's attempts to control the action. Walters is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Benn can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

Benn is rocked! Walters lands a big elbow - Benn is in trouble! More strikes from the mount and Benn is forced to tap out!
