Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Moses Malone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Herbert Hombre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Malone comes into the arena with Bell Tolls blaring out of the sound system. Moses Malone has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hombre shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Malone's guard.

The crowd cheers as Hombre lands an impressive looking overhand right. Malone doesn't seem phased though.

It looks like Moses Malone has been cut.

Malone feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Hombre's calf.
Malone moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Malone lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Hombre takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

Malone lands with a hook. Hombre tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Malone moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.

Malone lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Malone bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Hombre takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.

Malone moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Hombre lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Hombre.

Malone throws a leg kick which misses Hombre's front leg but catches the back leg as Hombre tries to avoid it.

Hombre scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Malone is trying to stand up here but Hombre is controlling him well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Hombre connects with a nice short shot to Malone's temple.
Malone has hold of Hombre's hands but Hombre slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Hombre not landing any meaningful shots this time.

Hombre loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Malone scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Hombre land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Hombre stands and salutes the crowd.
