The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
MacLeod takes one to the chin there.

It looks like Ronan MacLeod has been cut.
Ladislav Hemsky seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hemsky looks to land a right hand but MacLeod moved out of range.
MacLeod tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Hemsky fakes high and swings low for a body shot but MacLeod manages to avoid it.
MacLeod gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Hemsky.
Hemsky swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Hemsky throws a low kick but MacLeod avoids it.
MacLeod lands with a nice combination. Hemsky backs away looking to recover.

It looks like Ladislav Hemsky has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
MacLeod uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Hemsky.
MacLeod takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Hemsky turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
A solid body kick from Hemsky.
MacLeod looks gassed!

That's one minute gone in the round.
Hemsky lands with a hook. MacLeod tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
MacLeod on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
MacLeod takes one on the button.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Hemsky goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
MacLeod takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
A slow jab from Hemsky misses its intended target.
Hemsky throws out a loose jab but MacLeod uses good head movement to avoid it.

Hemsky lands a big right hand that sends MacLeod crashing to the mat! Hemsky stays standing though and waves MacLeod back to his feet!

MacLeod is rocked!

That has opened up Ronan MacLeod's cut even more.
Both fighters step back and shake their arms out. Hemsky engages and cracks MacLeod with a massive lead left hook - MacLeod tumbles to the floor, out cold! What a shot! Hemsky is delighted - all that hard work in training paid off!
