Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Antonio Ellison (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcus Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Ellison might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to im bad. Marcus Jones is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ellison tries to clinch up but Jones circles away and keeps his distance. Jones darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Jones throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jones is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Ellison sees it coming and defends easily. Jones throwing shots but Ellison is blocking nicely. Jones is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Ellison is just riding it out for now. Jones eventually gives up the hold. Ellison is staying active underneath Jones, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Jones thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Jones throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Jones thows a big elbow that misses, also allowing Ellison to regain full guard.

Ellison is trying to control Jones's posture but Jones avoids it. Ellison tries to escape but Jones is in control. Ellison takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Jones has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Ellison is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Jones yanks on the arm and Ellison is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Jones.
