Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Henry Hillbilly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vance Vorhees (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hillbilly kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is I Love Country Music (And I'd Rather Fight Than Switch). Vorhees has chosen I Will Not Bow by Breaking Benjamin as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Bruno Hogan and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hillbilly tries to close the distance and clinch but Vorhees swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Henry Hillbilly seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hillbilly tries to clinch up.
Hillbilly shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Vorhees pinned against the cage. Vorhees gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Vorhees with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.

Vorhees leaves Hillbilly with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Hillbilly postures up in Vorhees's guard and throws a big left but Vorhees blocks it.

Vorhees throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Hillbilly's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Hillbilly is in close to Vorhees's body, working some short punches and elbows.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Hillbilly accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Hillbilly works over Vorhees with some ground and pound from guard.
Vorhees thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
Vorhees trying to keep a closed guard but Hillbilly is proving a slippery customer.
Hillbilly trying to control the position from guard on top but Vorhees is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Vorhees gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Vorhees will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Hillbilly with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.

Hillbilly looking to sit in guard and control but Vorhees gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Hillbilly is on top in guard.

Hillbilly throws a strike but Vorhees rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Hillbilly striking off his back but it's not causing Vorhees any problems.
Hillbilly looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Vorhees must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Hillbilly escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Vorhees gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Hillbilly is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Vorhees defends well.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Vorhees is looking to work some ground and pound but Hillbilly has wrist control.

Hillbilly looking for a sweep. Not yet Hillbilly, not yet.
Hillbilly looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Vorhees passes into half guard.
Hillbilly wants to improve his position but Vorhees is controlling well.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Vorhees not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Hillbilly moves into full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hillbilly is looking for a triangle here but Vorhees uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Hillbilly trying to control but Vorhees flips him over like a cheap hooker and has his back!

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

and Vorhees makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.

Hillbilly shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Vorhees sprawls well. Vorhees wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Hillbilly gets slowly back to his feet.

Vorhees stuns Hillbilly with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

and Vorhees counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Hillbilly thinking.

Vorhees is looking to slow Hillbilly down with leg kicks.
Hillbilly closes the distance but Vorhees moves to the side
and Vorhees counters with a low kick, right behind Hillbilly 's knee.
Hillbilly steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Vorhees. That one must have hurt.
Vance Vorhees has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Vorhees, right into the meat.

Vance Vorhees comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Hillbilly has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
