Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ryuzaki Kimura (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nino Cavalero (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nino Cavalero will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Gwen Towbar and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cavalero looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Kimura is fending him off so far but Cavalero persists. Nope, Kimura circles away and we're back to standing.
Cavalero dives in and grabs Kimura's left leg, looking for a takedown. Kimura pushes down on Cavalero's head and hops out.
Cavalero will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Ryuzaki Kimura has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Nino Cavalero.
Cavalero misses with a takedown attempt - Kimura sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Cavalero moves into range and clinches up with Kimura.
Cavalero is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Kimura pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Cavalero has Kimura pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Kimura manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Cavalero goes for a takedown attempt but Kimura pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Nino Cavalero seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Cavalero throws a strike from the bottom that misses.

Kimura connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Cavalero some visible discomfort.

Kimura grinds an elbow into Cavalero's temple.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
Cavalero reaches up around Kimura's neck trying to control. But Kimura takes advantage instantly and he's locked on an arm triangle! Big trouble for Cavalero! Oh that looks nasty! A human being's head is not meant to turn that color! Cavalero is out! He's gone limp! The ref steps in to break the fighters up and Kimura celebrates the victory with the fans!
