The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Johanna Lukiainen and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fingers lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Taylor closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Taylor stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being.
Some wild striking there from Fingers.
Taylor fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Fingers sprawls well initially but Taylor persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Fingers is trying to stand back up but Taylor is controlling him

Fingers pushes Taylor off looking to stand but Taylor dives back in and keeps control.

Fingers wants to control but Taylor is keeping him busy.

Fingers tries to pass the half guard into mount. Taylor knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

and Taylor counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Fingers!

Fingers is trying to stand but he's just given Taylor his back.
Fingers looking to stop the rear naked choke attempt by controlling the hands.

Taylor is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.

and Taylor counters with a leg kick.

and Taylor counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Taylor.
Fingers has momentary wrist control but Taylor slips an elbow through the middle.
Taylor tries to free his leg and advance position but Fingers is retaining full guard.
Taylor wants to control from the top but Fingers keeps moving.
Taylor is breathing heavily.
Fingers is looking to sinch up a triangle. Taylor throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Fingers's body to avoid the submission. Fingers has instead reached around Taylor's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Fingers arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
