Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tero Siren (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark McIntyre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McIntyre is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Ladies and Gentlemen. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Tero Siren! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Mark McIntyre! The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Ben Zyskovitsi and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Siren lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Siren misses with a head kick.
Siren throws a head kick that misses. McIntyre shoots in for a takedown and gets it. McIntyre wants to free his trapped foot but Siren is holding on for dear life with his legs. Siren pushes McIntyre off looking to stand but McIntyre dives back in and keeps control.

Siren is trying to stand up here but McIntyre is controlling him well. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! McIntyre is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

McIntyre keeps control of Siren as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. McIntyre is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage. Siren is trying to break the clinch but McIntyre is controlling him. Siren is trying to break free. McIntyre has Siren pressed against the cage, preventing Siren from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Siren is looking to break free of the clinch but McIntyre has double underhooks. McIntyre changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Siren fights it off and pushes away nicely.

McIntyre takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Siren throws a right hand that McIntyre ducks under and follows up with a left that McIntyre also avoids with ease. Siren lands a jab.

Siren throws a combination but it was largely blocked by McIntyre. McIntyre fails in his attempt to clinch. McIntyre has closed the distance and engaged Siren in a clinch.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. McIntyre looking to pass the guard. Siren is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. McIntyre has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. McIntyre throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Siren works some decent striking defense from the bottom. McIntyre drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and McIntyre jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. McIntyre missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Siren throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Siren throws a hook but McIntyre avoids it easily. McIntyre tries to clinch but Siren is having none of it. McIntyre feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. McIntyre thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. McIntyre distracts Siren with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. McIntyre stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Siren swivels though and keeps the full guard.

McIntyre sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Siren's guard. McIntyre prevents Siren from standing back up.
McIntyre is looking to take a break and control but Siren is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Siren is in trouble now - McIntyre has advanced to mount! McIntyre landing punches. Siren is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position. McIntyre scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Siren?

McIntyre is punishing Siren with strikes - can he finish him?! Both fighters are breathing heavily. McIntyre lands punches and elbows. McIntyre lands a punch that was close to the back of the head but the ref thinks it's OK. Siren preventing the rear naked choke attempt from McIntyre.
