Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Terry Krom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roger Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Roger Gracie!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Hirohito Nitta and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Krom throws a right hand that Gracie ducks under and follows up with a left that Gracie also avoids with ease.
Roger Gracie seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Krom misses with a straight left.
Krom stuffs the takedown.
Krom throws an overhand right that lands on Gracie's shoulder, as Gracie tries to avoid the shot.
Gracie avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Gracie blocks a jab.
Krom lands a right hook to the body.
Krom scores with a punch to the head.
Krom scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Gracie avoids a punch combination nicely.
Krom lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Krom displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Gracie.
Krom slaps away a takedown attempt from Gracie, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Terry Krom has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Roger Gracie.
A cross from Krom lands.
A lazy left from Krom finds it's target.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Gracie misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Krom stuffs the takedown.
Gracie shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Krom defends it nicely.
Krom displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Krom defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Gracie.
Gracie looks gassed!

Gracie shoots for a double leg takedown but Krom sprawls well. He's pushed Gracie's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Gracie has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Gracie there as he acknowledges the shot.
Gracie gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Krom.
Gracie is rocked!
Gracie takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Gracie is still on wobbly legs! Can Krom finish him?
Gracie takes one to the chin there.
Gracie looks up at the clock. Bad move! Krom lands a right hand from hell, dropping Gracie. Krom pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Terry Krom!
