Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between William Crump (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Quall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Crump comes into the arena with ac/dc- Higheway to Hell blaring out of the sound system. Quall has chosen Beach Blast as his entrance music. James Quall is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the middleweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, William Crump!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, James Quall!
The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, John Mangel and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crump lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
It looks like James Quall has been cut.
Crump tries to bum rush Quall with a series of wild strikes but Quall uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Crump looks to score with a jab to the body but Quall is just out of range.
Quall fails to land with a series of punches.
Quall pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Quall ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Crump moves away.
Quall throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Quall lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Crump circles away quickly and effectively.
A punch combination from Crump misses.
Crump lets loose with a powerful body kick. Quall will feel that in the morning.
Quall connects with a good right hand that stumbles Crump. Crump circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Quall throws a left and a right that both miss
and Crump counters with a nice low kick that buckles Quall's knee momentarily.
Crump clinches up with Quall and pushes him back against the cage.
Quall lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Crump.
Crump tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Quall is trying to maintain a safe position but Crump gets an underhook and turns Quall into the cage.
Crump tries to stall but Quall uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Quall wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Crump has him pressed against the cage.
Quall working hard to break the clinch.
Quall prevents Crump from breaking the clinch.
A left hand lands to the body for Quall.
Quall is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Crump is keeping busy.
Crump throws a knee to the head but misses.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Crump with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Quall is looking to control Crump's arms but Crump gets an underhook and turns him. Now Quall has his back to the cage.
Crump using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Quall has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Quall lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Crump backwards.
Crump throws an elbow that misses.
Good body shot from Quall.
Crump with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Crump lands an elbow that stopped Quall in his tracks for a moment.
Quall avoids the elbow strike from Crump, against the cage.
A nice right hand lands inside from Quall.
Quall is trying to break free.
Crump escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Quall dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Crump is breathing heavily.
Quall misses the shot to the body.
Quall lands a body shot.
Quall cracks a nice hook into Crump's ribs.
Quall is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Crump rather than just go for the knockout.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Crump takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Crump doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Quall with a hook.
Quall lands a glancing blow to the side of Crump's head.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Quall cracks Crump with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Crump falls to his knees and Quall doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:06 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). James Quall!
