Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Visily Vestuvich! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, DJ Penn! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Stewart Dunkirk and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Vestuvich takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
It looks like Visily Vestuvich has been cut. A combination from Penn does no damage. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Vestuvich takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Vestuvich closes the distance and clinches up with Penn, looking for a takedown. Vestuvich pushes Penn against the cage but Penn circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Penn avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Penn drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Vestuvich right on the button. Vestuvich goes down! Penn follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Penn gets the win via TKO!
