Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kimball Jensen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Shepherd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jensen kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Guitar Gangsters and Cadillac Blood. The key to victory for Kimball Jensen has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Wesley Smith and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jensen throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Jensen tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

and Shepherd counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Shepherd is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Shepherd drops back looking for a leg! Jensen is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Jensen manages to kick Shepherd off! Shepherd jumps back into Jensen's guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Shepherd postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Jensen is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Shepherd, into his guard.
Shepherd looking to hit a scissor sweep but Jensen is one step ahead there.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Jensen wants to stand and escape but instead Shepherd has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
Shepherd stops Jensen from standing up.

Shepherd drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Shepherd as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Jensen screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Shepherd! Nice submission victory there!
