Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Astro Boy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kenjiro Tanaka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kenjiro Tanaka will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Ren Mimura.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boy looks to land a right hand but Tanaka moved out of range.
Boy shoots in looking for a takedown. Tanaka tries to sprawl out of it but Boy keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Tanaka manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Tanaka connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
A solid leg kick lands there for Tanaka.
Boy misses with a series of wild punches.
Boy takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Boy lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Tanaka throws a jab but it's blocked by Boy.
Tanaka clobbers Boy with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Boy misses with a hook. Tanaka ducked under it nicely.
Tanaka connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Tanaka walks into a stiff left hand from Boy.

It looks like Kenjiro Tanaka has been cut.
Boy tries to close the distance and clinch but Tanaka swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Boy scores with a jab. Tanaka acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Tanaka displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Boy.
Tanaka keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Astro Boy. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Boy throws a hook but Tanaka blocks it.

Tanaka moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Boy swings for the body but Tanaka moves out of range.
Boy throws a shot from downtown. Tanaka moves away and avoids it.
Tanaka closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Tanaka is looking to slow Boy down with leg kicks.
Boy throws an overhand right that lands on Tanaka's shoulder, as Tanaka tries to avoid the shot.
Tanaka throws a nice head kick!
Tanaka missing with a left hand there. Boy was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Boy loads up on a big right hand but Tanaka slips the punch.
Boy is breathing heavily.
Tanaka is looking to slow Boy down with leg kicks.

Kenjiro Tanaka is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Boy has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Boy there as he acknowledges the shot.
Tanaka throws a nice inside leg kick.
Tanaka looks to land a combination. Boy sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Boy. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Boy takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Tanaka lands a lovely overhand right.

Boy is rocked!
Tanaka ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Boy's jaw. Boy's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! Tanaka does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.
