Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kyle Dean (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Buzz Lightyear (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lightyear has chosen Buzz Lightyear of Star Command as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Buzz Lightyear has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Kyle Dean!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Buzz Lightyear!
The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, John Mangel and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dean misses with a takedown attempt - Lightyear sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Lightyear dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Dean tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Lightyear paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Nice takedown defense from Lightyear. No joy for Dean on that attempt.
Lightyear lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Dean circles away quickly and effectively.
Nice sprawl there from Lightyear as Dean shoots in.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kyle Dean. That's going to take a lot out of him.
A combination from Lightyear does no damage.
Lightyear lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Dean at a distance.
Dean has a takedown stuffed.
Lightyear lands a nice looking body shot.
Dean tries to clinch but Lightyear moves out of range.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Dean tries to clinch up.
Kyle Dean seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dean fails with an attempt to clinch.
Lightyear connects with a single shot there.
Dean dives in and grabs Lightyear's left leg, looking for a takedown. Lightyear pushes down on Dean's head and hops out.
Lightyear lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
It looks like Kyle Dean has been cut.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Dean. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Lightyear drops Dean with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Dean looks back up at him and smiles so Lightyear waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Dean is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Lightyear throws a pinpoint strike between Dean's hands that connects right on the jaw and sends Dean crashing to the floor! He's out before he even hits the mat and Lightyear scores a great knockout victory!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Buzz Lightyear!
