The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith gets a takedown into half guard.
Smith is actively looking for submissions here but good counter grappling here from goon as he works his way to full guard.
Smith throws and elbow that misses. goon uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Smith's guard. Nice move by goon!

Horrible takedown by Smith or perhaps it was just good defense by goon which made him look bad.
