Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Joe Nash! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Brandon Bell! The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Franklyn Lucas and Jorge Garcia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nash misses with a wild body shot. Nash throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Bell rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Nash moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Bell is looking to clinch but Nash is avoiding it.
Nash throws a series of punches but Bell avoids them all with ease. Bell slips a jab and a cross from Nash.
A combination from Nash does no damage. Bell wants to clinch up but Nash keeps it at a distance. A right-left combo lands from Bell. Nash misses with a combination
and Bell counters by moving into the clinch. Nash prevents Bell from breaking the clinch. Bell pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Bell moves in looking to clinch but Nash pushes him off. Bell is looking to clinch but Nash is avoiding it.
Nash throws out a loose jab but Bell uses good head movement to avoid it. Nash will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Nash loads up on a big right hand but Bell slips the punch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nash throws a right and a left that both miss. Bell is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Bell tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Bell is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Nash looks to land a combination but Bell avoids it well. Nash swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Bell wants to clinch up but Nash keeps it at a distance. Nash misses with a double jab
and Bell counters by moving into the clinch. Nash is trying to break free. Nash tries to circle away but Bell has him pinned against the cage. Bell breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Nash keeps the fight on the outside. Bell is looking to clinch but Nash is avoiding it.

That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Nash lands a jab-cross combination. Bell moves in looking to clinch but Nash pushes him off. Nash throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Bell. Bell misses with a few strikes there.
Nash will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Bell on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. A combination from Nash does no damage. Bell tries to close the distance and clinch up but Nash swats him away and circles back towards the center. The fight stays on the outside here - Bell looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Nash gets in close and instigates a clinch. Bell lands an elbow inside.
It looks like Joe Nash has been cut.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Nash wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Bell has him pressed against the cage. Nash blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Nash breaks from the clinch.
Bell takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

It looks like Brandon Bell has been cut. Nash displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Bell throws out the jab. Bell wants to clinch up but Nash keeps it at a distance. Bell throws a right and a left that both miss. Bell tries to clinch and Nash counters with a lovely straight right hand! Nash looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Bell darts in trying to clinch and Nash counters with a two punch combo.
Bell is rocked! Nash connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Bell is still on wobbly legs! Can Nash finish him? This has been an exciting period of action! The fight stays on the outside here - Bell looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Nash moves in looking to clinch but Bell pushes him off. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Joe Nash dominated that round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

and Bell counters by moving into the clinch. Bell seems to have recovered his senses. Nash pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Nash throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Bell on the side of the head. Nash throws a series of punches but Bell moves out of range. A nice combination there by Nash.
Bell tries to clinch but Nash moves away and Nash counters with a left right combination that sends Bell crashing to the mat - Nash wastes no time in diving on top of him and pounding Bell out for a TKO! Devastating finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:24 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Joe Nash!
