Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Chris Downing and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hance tries to clinch but Heinonen is having none of it.
No luck for Heinonen with that takedown attempt.
Hance has his takedown stuffed
and Heinonen counters with a takedown into side control.
Heinonen working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Heinonen tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Heinonen has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Heinonen swings around for an armbar but Hance sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Heinonen's guard.

Heinonen escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Hance gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Heinonen is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Hance passes Heinonen's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Hance has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Heinonen closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Hance did well to prevent Heinonen getting side control.
Heinonen knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Hance on the ground.

Heinonen is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Hance still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Hance has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Heinonen shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Heinonen was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Heinonen is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Hance is surviving well by controlling Heinonen's body position as best he can.

That was a close second round but I would say that Juho Heinonen will probably get the nod.

Heinonen might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Hance wants to hit a switch here but Heinonen passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Hance there!

Heinonen prevents Hance from getting the reversal.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Heinonen jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Hance is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Hance and Heinonen has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

I would just about give that final round to Isreal Hance.
Well Hance has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
